Useful information for your stay at Bellavista

You will find our staff at the RECEPTION every day from 07.00 to 23.00

For any night-emergency, call the dedicated internal number or contact the number that you will find on display at the Reception.

 

With the room card you can also access at night from the main door or from garage.

WELLNESS CENTRE*

Lagor-Eye: 3 whirlpools settled like alpine lakes, sauna, emotional shower available to our guests upon reservation 45 min. for the exclusive use of your family from 14:00 to 20:00 (because of Covid situation we cannot guarantee more than a slot per stay)

New Sky Wellness: 90 minutes of private SPA on reservation with supplement (adults only)

 

 

 

RESTAURANT

Breakfast: 07.30 - 10.00

Afternoon Tea Corner: 16.00 - 17.00

Dinner: entry into the dining room from 19.30 to 20.30

(for children from 19.00 on request)

 

PARKING AREA

free parking available near the hotel, covered parking available for clients who booked a Suite. Possibility to reserve parking space in the garage at mt. 100 from the hotel for a fee € 5 per day.

 

 

MINICLUB*

Playroom for children 4-10 years  available for children with parents respecting the anti-Covid regulation .ANIMATION FOR CHILDREN 4-10 years from 17.00 to 21.00 (July and August, Christmas holidays)

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT: any extras made during the stay will be charged to the room. The balance can be paid in cash or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). CHECKS and BANK TRANSFERS are accepted only if the stay is paid on arrival.

 

PLEASE, PROVIDE THE PAYMENT THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE


In case you need an INVOICE or other specific requests about the items that will appear on the final amount of the stay, let the reception know as soon as possible, after the check-in many changes are not possible anymore. The Managment declines any responsibility if not informed during booking or check-in.

 


SPLIT BILLS are to be requested during check-in otherwise it could not be possible anymore, check at the reception at your arrrival.

 

A detailed summary that allows you to have a look at all the charges of the room. This is avalable at the Reception on request, otherwise it will be provided during check-out. Check it carefully, with no rush, as once the tax receipt is printed any variation will no longer be possible.


Delayed arrival and early departure: the booked holiday will be charged in full, as required by European legislation.

 

MEALS:  not eaten meals, will not be deducted, it is however possible to request a packed lunch instead of the meal.

 

ROOM SERVICE: available with supplement: € 4 breakfast, € 6 dinner, € 1 caffè/drink (prices per person)

 

BEAUTY TREATMENTS: or our staff is much to care about your well-being, so it is very important for everyone to be on time to the agreed appointment. Otherwise the duration of the session will have to be reduced.
In case of cancelation in short-term of the appointment (same day) 100% of the cost of the service will be charged.
