Lagor-Eye: 3 whirlpools settled like alpine lakes, sauna, emotional shower open every day from 2.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (from 6 to 8 p.m. admission for adults only)

Every day you can enjoy the wellness center during opening hours:

Pool area from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (it is also possible to use the pool area free of charge in the morning by prior arrangement with our reception desk)

Sauna area from 3 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

New Sky Wellness: 90 minutes of private SPA on reservation with supplement (adults only)

RESTAURANT

Breakfast: 07.30 - 10.00

Afternoon Tea Corner: 16.00 - 17.00 with biscuits and sweets

PARKING AREA

Public parking available near the hotel, covered parking available for clients who booked a Suite. Possibility to reserve parking space in the garage at mt. 100 from the hotel for a fee € 5 per day.

Playroom for children 4-10 years  available for children with parents. ANIMATION FOR CHILDREN 4-10 years from 17.30 to 21.30 (from middle July to end of August and 26.12-06.01)

BOOKING INFO

The reservation is valid from the moment you receive written confirmation from us.

A 30% deposit is always required to confirm the booking

- Credit card: for bookings from our website, you will be directed to the NEXI platform for secure payment. For bookings through our offices, you will receive a 'PAY BY LINK' link for secure deposit payment.

- Bank transfer: the deposit can also be paid by bank transfer. You will find the bank details in the confirmation email.

BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, after this deadline, the 30% deposit paid will be withheld.

In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the holiday cost.

PAYMENT OF HOTEL BILL

TERMS OF PAYMENT: any extras made during the stay will be charged to the room. The balance can be paid in cash or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). CHECKS and BANK TRANSFERS are accepted only if the stay is paid on arrival.

TO AVOID WAITING AT THE CHECK-OT PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PAYMENT THE EVENING BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE (it will always be possible to pay after 8.00 a.m. on the morning of check-out)

In case you need an INVOICE or other specific requests about the items that will appear on the final amount of the stay, let the reception know as soon as possible, after the check-in many changes are not possible anymore. The Managment declines any responsibility if not informed during booking or check-in.

SPLIT BILLS are to be requested during check-in otherwise it could not be possible anymore, check at the reception at your arrrival.

A detailed summary that allows you to have a look at all the charges of the room. This is avalable at the Reception on request, otherwise it will be provided during check-out. Check it carefully, with no rush, as once the tax receipt is printed any variation will no longer be possible.

Delayed arrival and early departure: the booked holiday will be charged in full, as required by European legislation.

MEALS:  not eaten meals, will not be deducted, it is however possible to request a packed lunch instead of the meal.

ROOM SERVICE: available with supplement: € 4 breakfast, € 6 dinner, € 1 caffè/drink (prices per person)

BEAUTY TREATMENTS: or our staff is much to care about your well-being, so it is very important for everyone to be on time to the agreed appointment. Otherwise the duration of the session will have to be reduced.
In case of cancelation in short-term of the appointment (same day) 100% of the cost of the service will be charged.

DOG FRIENDS

Rooms available for guests travelling with their dogs are limited in number and on request. There is a surcharge of Euro 10.00 per night. Bowls and blankets are available in the room.

In order to ensure a peaceful coexistence, we ask you to respect certain appropriate behaviours:

Do not leave the dog alone in the room during daily activities. On request Dog Sitter service for a fee (ask at reception)

Pets are allowed in the common areas with the exception of the Wellness Centre and the children's area.

As for the Restaurant, should you wish to bring your dog with you at meals, it is possible subject to availability and upon request to our Reception. You will be accommodated in a reserved room or bar.

On arrival you will find blankets and bowls in your room to make your friend feel pampered and at home.

Val di Fiemme offers many paths and roads closed to traffic where you can walk with your dog. We will be happy to show you all the paths available according to your needs, starting directly from the hotel. Please do not let your dog go potty in the small garden or on the hotel terrace.
The nearest dog-walking area is 1 km from the hotel.
